1 Moments from Our Journey

Annual Meetup

Celebrating Excellence. Recognising Impact. Inspiring Growth. Picco Awards 2024 was a celebration of the exceptional talent, dedication, and achievements that continue to shape Piccosoft. The event brought together our teams to recognise individuals who consistently demonstrated excellence, embraced challenges, and contributed meaningfully to the organisation’s growth. The evening began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolising the beginning of a memorable celebration. As the awards were presented, each recognition represented more than an achievement , it reflected commitment, perseverance, innovation, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence. At Piccosoft, we believe that great achievements are built through people who go beyond expectations and inspire those around them. The Picco Awards honour these journeys and celebrate the individuals whose passion and contributions make a lasting impact. More than an awards ceremony, Picco Awards reflects who we are as a culture . A culture that values people, celebrates excellence, encourages innovation, and believes in recognising every contribution that moves us forward. At Piccosoft, success is not measured only by what we achieve, but by how we grow together, support one another, and inspire the next achievement. The Picco Awards are our way of celebrating the people who make that journey possible.
